2. Who initiates refunds
Refunds are initiated by the merchant of record. ZenoxPay processes refund requests submitted through the Services in accordance with the applicable network rules, banking partner requirements, and regulatory obligations.
3. Eligibility and timing
Refund eligibility depends on the merchant’s policy, the original transaction status, and applicable rules. Refund timelines vary by bank, payment network, and customer account status.
If a refund is approved, the funds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary outside of ZenoxPay’s control.
4. Settlement adjustments
Refunds may result in settlement deductions or adjustments. If settlement is insufficient, ZenoxPay may debit the merchant’s account or apply reserves as permitted by your agreement.
5. Disputes and chargebacks
Where applicable, disputes or chargebacks are handled according to network rules. You are responsible for providing supporting documentation requested by ZenoxPay or banking partners.
6. Updates to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in services, regulations, or network requirements. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
